All dining chairs and side chairs are build-up and shipped either as 2/pcs stacked or 2pcs/carton box. The cushion is included in the price. You can easily use the chairs without the seat cushion. The folding chairs have a quilted seat and back with two layer fabric and foam. This makes our Director Chairs very comfortable to sit in.
